Business

Choose a subject

We believe Business fosters an informed opinion about the role of business in society and an understanding of our role as enterprising citizens.

In our curriculum we enable students to develop knowledge and understanding of internal business concepts. Students are then able to consider the impact to a business and their stakeholders of wider external influences. Students explore both familiar and unfamiliar business contexts with the knowledge and understanding that they acquire, enabling them to consider and pose challenging questions about business decision making in the pursuit of profit. Quantitative skills are embedded throughout their learning journey as they are an integral business performance measure. The Business curriculum develops students’ curiosity about the current economic climate and their knowledge empowers them to make informed judgements
